About Mercy

I'm Mercy—founder and guiding coach of Root & Rise Up Wellness. After 15 transformative years as an ER RN, I now help people cultivate lasting wellness through compassion, clarity, guidance and accountability and care.

Before I started coaching with Mercy, I was struggling with managing work stress and found myself bringing it home to my family.
